Réceptionniste et Assistant(e) Administrative

Our client is an important food distributor with head office in Ville Saint Laurent. We are looking for a receptionist & office administrator.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Basic receptionist work, answering/replying/screening incoming calls/emails and routing them appropriately and in a kind manner. 
  • Record orders and enter them into computer system. 
  • Assist customer in all aspects (delivery, pricing, sales representative, etc.) 
  • Help driver with client locations, products, credits, etc. 
  • Sales Journal: by date, by invoice number, separate credit notes, match manual total to journal total 
  • Spot checking orders/pricing/quantities 
  • Order entry
  • Managing Email- Socia lMedia accounts
  • Proper organization between order and shipping departments for the orders 
  • Managing Email/Social Media Accounts 
  • Other tasks

Competencies Required:

• Creative thinker with the desire to help organize and run the framework of a dynamic office environment. 
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to work collaboratively under deadlines. 
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and French (Greek is an asset) 
• A team player with a positive attitude who can also work on their own. 
• Ability to work under pressure.
